1. What we collect
Account details you provide (email or phone, display name), listing content you post (title, description, price, location, photos), and messages you send through in-app chat. We do not collect or process payment information, since Prime Shop never handles payments.
2. How contact info is shared
Your phone number and email are only shown to other users on a listing if you explicitly enable that in your account settings. Messages sent through in-app chat are visible only to the participants in that conversation.
3. How we use your data
To operate the marketplace: showing your listings to buyers, connecting you with sellers, sending saved-search alerts you've opted into, and reviewing reports for trust and safety purposes.
4. Data retention
Listing and message data is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual listings at any time from your account.
